Want your own private Paint & Sip Party and raise money for your cause? We would love to host it at our studio or venue of your choice.

We love giving back to the community, and are happy to work with you to help raise money for whatever is most important to you. 

BYO Food and Drinks:

This will be an event like any of our regular parties, which includes the ability for you and your guests to bring drinks and food to have while you paint!

 

Take Home Something Unique!

At the end of the party, guests will leave with their own masterpiece and a newfound talent. Don't worry if you have never picked up a paint brush before, our interactive classes are designed for all skill levels.

Fundraiser Policies

Registration Policy:

  • Party times and dates subject to the availability of the studio. Please email us to see open spots.

  • Must provide TAX ID of charity/organization to qualify for reduced pricing.

  • There is a $150 deposit due at the time of reservation towards the balance.

  • You select your own featured painting (see painting options below).

  • A custom painting can be created specific for your event for $35 design fee.

  • BYOB: Bring your own wine, beer or beverage of choice. You can also bring in your own food or utilize catering options.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The $150 deposit is required to reserve your event. 

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your party or event can not be held. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the day of the event. Deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before the event and will be forfeited if cancellations are made within 14 days. Non-transferable.

  • Private Parties booked within 7 days of the event must be paid in full and is non-refundable.

In-Studio Fundraiser Pricing

Requires 20 people or price of 20 to hold fundraiser.

(20 guests x $20 each = $400 minimum event minimum)

 We can hold up to 40 guests at the studio

  • You may charge guests a ticket price over $20/person to raise money. Suggested rate is $35/person to raise $15/ticket sold.

  • Includes a 3 hour total time with instruction for the featured artwork and all supplies/materials. 

  • You select your own featured painting from our library or have us make a special one to promote your cause.

  • You can bring your beverages of choice. You can also bring in your own food. We supply tables for your refreshments / decor.

Fundraisers can be held off-site with an additional travel fee* We can accommodate 60 guests off-site.

*Travel fee is $50 additional added to our cost

STUDIO HOURS/PUBLIC CLASSES:

STUDIO #1 typically has classes Wed-Sunday. For full schedule of classes, view our calendar. Class dates and times will vary. 

Studio will be open only 30 minutes before a scheduled class. Please call for assistance during office hours. 

PRIVATE PARTIES:

STUDIO #2 is available for booking a private party, 7 days a week. (Event openings subject to the studio's availability. Learn more here)
