Frequently asked questions
How do I register for a class?
Go to the calendar page, select a painting or date, and enter the required information. All reservations are paid online in advance. Walk-in guests will not be able to attend the class.
Is there an age requirement?
Every class has a set age limits, please refer to the class description when signing up online!
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will either need to print your ticket or have the ability to show it on your smart phone to check in at the time of the event. Your ticket will be sent by email after online registration.
How do I reschedule a class?
Visit the Reschdule/Hold Credit page and fill out the form.
Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, all sales are final. You can reschedule your class with a 48 hours notice. Paint & Sip Studio Temecula is a live entertainment event much like a concert which depends on pre-paid seats to hold the class.
I saw a deal online?
Most times, purchasing a voucher online comes with a lot of restrictions. If you see our company ad on any third-party site, feel free to give us a call and we will match the current promotion. This is the best way to ensure you and your group can attend the desired date with no limitations!
How do I use a voucher?
If you have a voucher from Groupon or Living Social, they can only be applied for the options you have purchased, they cannot be changed or modified. You must contact us to use the voucher and get registered for the class. If it is expired, there may be an additional fee to use the face value.
When is the new public calendar posted?
Next Month's Calendar is posted around the middle of the current month, usually on the 15th or 16th.
Do you host children's birthday parties?
Yes, please contact the studio for children's birthday parties. We have a special selection of paintings perfect for any age level!
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available around the studio and is wheelchair accessible.
Can you host a private party?
Most definitely! We would love to host your next event. Whatever the occasion - birthday, corporate team building, or just for fun - we can do it all!
What's the difference between a public and private event?
We have two types of sessions, ones that are open to the public to regsiter, and ones that are reserved in advance by a group just for them. Public classes are decided by the studio and private classes are scheduled based on our availability.
What should I bring?
You can bring food to snack on and refreshments. Feel free to pack some finger food and anything you may need to enjoy them (plates, cups, napkins, forks...etc.)
What should I wear?
Wear something comfy, casual or dressy. It's up to you, but be prepared to get messy. We use acrylic paint, which will stain most fabrics.
Do you have drop-in classes?
Sorry, our events are by appointment only.
Can I sit with my friends?
Seating is first come, first served.
